Susan holds several designations and certifications earned in real estate giving her the knowledge and tools to provide her clients with exceptional service. Designations include Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Certifications include Negotiation Expert, Farm and Ranch and New Construction.  

Susan shows enormous compassion and patience when working with her clients in selling or purchasing a home. Each client's needs are different and require specific options to fulfill their real estate dreams. She continually increases her knowledge of Real Estate by participating in additional courses each year to provide the best information possible to her clients.
